Most enjoyable part of role as Director
The most enjoyable parts of my job are the people, the diversity, and the opportunities to work on new projects. My role has also given me the opportunity to travel overseas, and I recently participated in the opening ceremony of our new office in India. It is great being part of a dynamic, growing business.
Favourite project
My favourite project to date is Medeu skating rink at Chimbulak ski resort which is located in the picturesque Alatau mountains about 25 km south of Almaty, Kazakhstan. We’ve been appointed by Capital Partners and Kazakh-Development Bank to get the facility ready for the Winter Asian Games in 2011.
Fact about Elvira
When I first joined Edmond Shipway in 2007 I had achieved my first BA degree, I now have an EMBA degree in Oil and Gas and progressing successfully within the company. At Edmond Shipway you are recognised and rewarded for your hard work. I have been with the business for three years and have since been promoted to Executive Director.
Outside of work and studying my interests include yoga and languages.
