We have recognised industry expertise including at Brand level with many of our commissions coming on their recommendation.
We built the first franchised Holiday Inn Express in the UK and the first Ramada Encore in the Europe and with over 25 hotels built in this sector of the market our skills and expertise at this level have been sought and delivered to the 4 star market where we are delivering brand compliant schemes at best value.
This coupled with the competitive market has seen us deliver a BREEAM excellent 4 star hotel for £85,000 per room, 15% below benchmark costs.
Our services also include full FF&E procurement and management allowing us to retain control over the complete development process and deliver a value driven transparent process that maximises returns for our Clients.
In the Sports and Leisure Sector we are the retained Project Managers and Cost Consultants for Center Parcs, the UKs leading short break holiday operator.
We delivered the rebuild of Center Parcs Elveden after a fire destroyed its 27,000m2 of Centre Buildings with a build period of only 43 weeks and a 19 week pre construction design phase. The project was delivered on budget and opened 2 weeks earlier than scheduled.
We have also introduced franchisees to the retail and F&B offer of Center Parcs delivering 82 projects across all villages in a year long project in a live holiday environment.
As Project Managers we are currently coordinating the construction for Center Parcs new £250m Holiday Village at Woburn Forest scheduled for opening in 2014.
In other areas our Cost Consultants are engaged in a roll out programme of Forest Lodges for Forest Holidays, who are developing a series of sites on Forestry Commission land across the UK. Here extensive value engineering and a collaborative approach with client, Architects Holder Mathias and Contractor have seen average costs fall in excess of 30% from initial prototypes as supply chains and the team work to maximise value at every level of the construction process.
