Our Residential expertise spans both the public and private sector and includes social housing, student accommodation, private housing, city living apartments and unique private residences.

In the affordable housing sector we have worked with Registered Social Landlords to bring about large scale improvements in social housing provision to meet Decent Homes standards. In the private sector, city living apartments and mixed use schemes have become more prevalent, particularly on brownfield sites.

At the top end of the housing market, our Residential Team have been involved in designing, costing and managing complex schemes to meet the unique requirements of individual Clients.
