We would firstly like to reassure you that Edmond Shipway are closely following Public Health England’s guidance for employers and businesses on the issue of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). As part of recent Government updates and guidelines, we have enacted our Business Continuity Plan to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service possible.
We are discouraging face to face meetings and have extended our video conference and conference call facilities. In order to prepare for any developments that might affect our offices (including compulsory building closure), we are fully prepared and have the ability for all our staff to work from home.
Several years ago we invested significantly in laptops for all technical employees and Citrix servers which allow us to access the secure duplicate servers from anywhere in the world seamlessly as if you were in the office.
As such the team have unrestricted access to our server and emails and they can be contacted on their work mobiles at any time. However, if you do not have their work mobile, our office telephone will be diverted to a mobile phone, where we can take messages and arrange for the appropriate person to call you back as soon as possible.
