Edmond Shipway has worked continuously with BCU (formally University of Central England) since 1988, helping the university to expand and modernise its facilities, often within existing and listed buildings that offer little flexibility for the improvement of open space and the integration of modern utilities and technology.

A key factor to project success has been extensive consultation with the end users and building occupiers to ensure that the improvements that are delivered meet their needs.

In addition, a Director led approach to account management has ensured commitment from the highest levels within the Practice, and successful project delivery.
