Diocese of Peterborough

The scheme involved an enabling works contract to demolish the existing buildings on the site followed by a new build contract providing over 7000m2 of facilities including assembly hall, kitchen and dining facilities, administration, library, general classrooms, design and technology classrooms, sixth form, art, music and drama suite, covered atria, chapel and associated external works.

The overall project comprised four phases, and was delivered over a four year construction period.
