Welcoming a New Chapter at Naismiths & Edmond Shipway

We are delighted to share that John Reyers has now joined us as Director, Projects and Building Consultancy.

John’s appointment represents a key moment for both Naismiths and Edmond Shipway, as we continue to strengthen our leadership team and invest in strategic growth.

A Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Association for Project Management, John brings decades of experience from senior roles at Knight Frank, Sanderson Weatherall, and Lambert Smith Hampton, where he led Major Projects and Cost Consultancy.

In his new role, John will lead the Naismiths Building Consultancy team and drive the development of Edmond Shipway’s service offering across the Southeast, promoting greater alignment across the group and broadening our national reach.

With deep expertise in cost consultancy, project delivery, and dispute resolution, alongside a track record of guiding complex, high-value schemes from inception through to post-occupancy, John’s leadership reinforces our commitment to providing high-quality, data-led, and commercially astute consultancy.
