Appointment: The Ard, Glasgow

We are delighted to announce our appointment as Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant on the landmark ARD project in Glasgow, working alongside leading developer Watkin Jones.

Located in Glasgow’s Blythswood Hill area, the ARD project is a transformative mixed-use development featuring a 36-storey student accommodation tower, set to become the city’s tallest habitable building at 114 metres upon completion, alongside a 10-storey office building and major public realm improvements.

Designed to address Glasgow’s significant shortage of student housing, the scheme will deliver high-quality living spaces complemented by a sky lounge on the top floor, providing panoramic views across the city. Sustainability is at the heart of the project, with low and zero carbon technologies including heat pumps and low-energy lighting integrated throughout to reduce environmental impact and future-proof the development.

As part of our role, we will provide comprehensive cost management and project delivery expertise to ensure the scheme achieves its vision with efficiency, value and excellence.
