NewsWe are delighted to confirm that the Center Parcs Planning Application has been registered by Scottish Borders Council.
The application follows eight months of intensive work delivering a detailed planning application supported by a full Environmental Impact Assessment.
The £350m-£400m scheme incudes up to 700 units of accommodation, leisure activities, retail and F&B units, a Subtropical Swimming Paradise and Aqua Sana Forest Spa.
The application was delivered on programme and we are now beginning the detailed cost planning and development of the delivery execution plan.
Director, David Stevenson said: “ I’m delighted the Planning Application has now been registered with Scottish Borders Council. The potential development represents a huge transformative and regenerative opportunity for the region and having witnessed these benefits first hand in County Longford, Ireland, which we completed in 2019, I’m very much looking forward to working with stakeholders and the local community to hopefully bring this exciting project forward.”
